In this Okinawa travel vlog, I cycle around the main island, explore Ryukyuan culture and spontaneously take a ferry to Aka Island, where quiet beaches, clear blue water and Ryukyu deer finally give me the tropical Okinawa experience I imagined.
And just when I feel relaxed and ready to return to Tokyo, a typhoon traps me at Okinawa Airport for 36 hours.
A very peaceful ending to my solo trip.
